59.00 poundsAmes'® Maximum-Stretch is a thick, high solids high-grade white elastomeric plastic coating and paint that stretches with the roof surface. Use as reflective and cooling top layer for flat and pitched roof applications. Maximum-Stretch greatly extends the life of Blue Max and Super Elasto Barrier when used as top-coat by reflecting potentially harmful UV radiation from the Sun. Some surfaces such as EPDM, rubber roofs or vinyl will need a primer coat of Ames' Super Primer for the best adhesion. Maximum-Stretch white has a reflectivity of 90 to 98% to drastically reduce the roof temperature. It has remarkable adhesion to almost any surface including rolled roofing. This coating and sealant flows easily into cracks and crevices and dries to completely seal roof leaks. Maximum-Stretch, along with Super Elasto-Barrier and roof fabric can be formed into a roof system to form a new roof over the old roof and substantially extend the life of the roof by many years. It has been developed for cold and wet weather and formulated to resist fungus, mold and mildew. Maximum-Stretch cleans up with water, contains no solvents and is easy to use. Ask for a sprayable-grade coating when applying by sprayer.
